We´re going to play the wonderful DOCKVILLE Festival in August! At
this very moment we are pretty pleased to announce just that. See you

After people asking us if we d still exist (which we do - at least
I consider myself alive pretty much, thank you) - we thought we are
gonna answer those questions in a pretty simple way - by playing
a show. Thankfully we got invited by Uncle Sallys Magazine to play
on their party at the newly housed Magnet Club in Berlin. As I liked
the old Magnet a lot, I am really looking forward to this one. Concerning
the record: I am tired of telling anyone about the state of the "industry/business/the
biz" - so it is like it is - get with it: Labels are not going to
put out records that easily these days. But: Still we do believe
that there will be a label for the record we made, simply because
we think it s great and takes a different angle to the otherwise
well but dead-repeated rock n roll game standards, at least in our
little universe. Needless to say, this does not necessarily make
things easier for us. But what can you do - except for being yourselves,
right? But, yes, it should be out in goddarn 2010. So we would be
happy to see you in Berlin on Saturday the 3rd! Keep it up!

Watch out for NNN playing live at TV Eye Records Labelfest in Berlin.
It will happen on 19th of september in the Bassy Club.

NNN - still in the USA/still alive??? What about the album?
Dear Users (Internet-, not H, that is),
as we re not still in the USA - as you might have guessed - here s
a short wrap up of things that happened/are about to happen that you
might wanna know about (otherwise you wouldnt be reading this, anyway).
To be able to play SXSW 09 was a great experience, though I am not
too sure if there is one person on this planet who is physically able
to give a damn after three days and 1,800 bands blasting out from every
hole being able to set up a stage.....but you still get some sideway
pelasures as meeting Britt Daniels from Spoon, one of my all time favourite
bands or sharing an escalator with J Mascis or shopping shirts with
Barry Cadogan from Little Barrie/Primal Scream - the man with the tightest
pants on earth (except for the guys in The Horrors) plus seeing some
absolute stunning shows as from Dan Auerbach, Primal Scream for free....as
you see, it..s been a pleasant five days in Austin.
Concerning the record: It s done. Recording-wise. But as anybody knows
(at least by now), that is where the fun really starts as the mixing,
mastering, release-schedule stages have yet to be passed. At this very
moment the record is getting mixed by our friend Ascii Disko in Madrid
- once the jackhammer in front of his studio will be done with the
concrete. So there s quite something going on, yet it s out of our
hands......hope to post some dates and times here pretty soon.
So at the moment we are writing new stuff, trying out, pushing the
boundaries and everything thing else that makes creating music fun.
So we got invited to play a show with a hamburg based band called Eaten
by Sheiks in the gruener Jaeger Club on Wednesday 1st of July. And
I alone got invited to play some acoustic songs with Jan from the Dance
Inc. on September 30th - that should be great fun as I chose to rearrange
some Tigerbeat (my former band, almost successful) plus some NNN songs,
along with one or two new ones.
So. That s it for now. See you on the 1st of July.

good news: we re playing the SXSW
Music Festival in Austin, Texas on Saturday, the 21st of March.
We think that that s something. To. Tell. You.
For everyone who doesn t know what the SXSW is, here s a short rap
up of the event: Imagine a medium sized city with a cool vibe, and,
more importantly, a more than vivid live club scene that gets flooded
with many, many bands (I reckon it to be around 1,200) and musicians
for a week every year mid-march. One international gentleman from melbourne,
australia stated that "there are so many musicians in this town during
SXSW that it makes you feel immediately like a bank clerk in the financial
district, because everyone looks like a he s in a band....."
So, what are we gonna do? Dress up in our sunday best pretending to
be broke investment brokers? How much more punk could you get these
days than doing exactly that?....well. We re playing in a small outdoor
club called Habana, sharing the stage with the TonTons from Austin,
Wallis Bird and her band from Wales, Murder from Denmark plus the ever-fabulous
twosome The Black Box Revelation from Belgium, so it s gonna be great.
To everyone reading this who might be around at that place and time
- let s have a drink or two.

The recordings of the forthcoming album are finished!
Hopefully someday soon, we will be able to tell you a bit more about
releasedates and other relevant things you might be keen to know.
Meanwhile, we truly advise you to fully explore the myths and joys
of the more than evident spring.

Happy new year to everybody who gives a damn.
Good news:
First, we ll be heading into the studio mid-January to record our debut
album. Expect it to be released later this year. We are pretty excited
to announce that and pretty nervous because we cannot wait to begin.
Seriously.
Second good news: we ll be playing live at the Hasenschaukel special
at the Knust in Hamburg. See concert section for exact date. Sadly,
the Hasenschaukel is one of the most cosy and nice places to play in
the northern hemisphere, run by the ever-sweet gentleman Tanju and
ever-lovely Anja, friends of ours...nicest stage, nicest overall look,
nicest tv-fireplace and everything - but only if you intend to
play acoustically. Whereas a band like ours might not even blow the
front window out of it..s frame but furthermore cause a lot of, lets
say, irritations, with the really oversensitive neighbours.
So, to change that, Tanju finally booked a club where he can invite
all the LOUD bands who he would love to play at his place but due to
named reasons can t. So be there and experience the "other side" of
your fave singer-songwriter club. www.hasenschaukel.de will
name all details you might want to know.
Thats quite a bunch of news to deal with. Get with it, people.

Finally!!! A merchandise section has been added to the site! Please
click on the merch button in the menu and you will find yourself
in neat neat neat's land of t-shirts and music.
Apart from that, we are happy to anounce, that neat neat neat are
featured on a double CD compilation entitled "Gestatten,
wir kommen aus Hamburg 3" which has
been released recently.

The ever charming fine and true gentlemen from Londinium, namely the
JIM JONES REVUE, who played an absolute blinder of a set during last
years Reeperbahnfestival, have their record out pretty soon and for
that reason will tour germany from October 14th to October 18th.
Who are we to say no to open up the shows for these cool cats? We all
hope to see you at one of the shows!

We kindly have been asked to support a mysterious band from Finnland
named The Others aka 22PP on Friday, 9th of May at Hafenklang Exil
in Hamburg and, being the good boys we are, of course we happily
agreed.
The other good thing is that we've just been confirmed to play the
lovely Dockville
Festival in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg, that's going to happen for the
second time from 15th-17th of August!

Just a quick note to everyone who gives a damn: After a couple of weeks
in our rehearsal space working on new songs, we can't wait to get out
and play live again. So we..re happy to announce a show on May, 10th
at White Trash in Berlin, that has just been confirmed! We're playing
our first ever All-Nighter.
We're playing three shows that night, and inbetween the live sets a
dj will help us out with a fine selection of tunes whilst we..re catching
breath - or might wow you all with our newest dance moves. so we..d
highly appreciate your very presence.

We just want to say "a big thank you!" to all people who
have been involved in the fantastic tour with THE DALLES.
Thanks to all the people who showed up at these shows. We hope you
had a good time and to see you next time again!

ep, there are still small amounts of these items available, so drop
us a mail and we let you know further informations. We will probably
add some order instructions to this site anyway, but nobody knows,
how fast all this will happen...

Yes, it is done! the 7" split vinyl
single with THE DALLES is out now on FANBOY
RECORDS. Both bands are featured with two tracks. You can check
our tracks at our myspace
site. In support of this release, NEAT NEAT NEAT and THE DALLES
will hook up and tour some cities in germany. the dates are featured
in the "on the road" section (a few centimeters down).

We are proud (and happy at once) to anounce: a split vinyl
single with THE DALLES will be released in november via FANBOY
RECORDS. It will be a limited edition of 500 copies and feature the
two recently recorded tracks.

Neat Neat Neat just left the studio building!
Last weekend (august 25th / 26th) we had a great time recording two
songs with GREGOR HENNIG at ELECTRIC AVENUE STUDIO (with kind
permission of tobias levin).

Neat Neat Neat CD Ep! This 3" CD Ep featuring 4 tracks
including
"wrong reasons", "battle of hypocrites", "automatic
blues" and "slow down", which hasn`t been featured
anywhere else before (ha!). All tracks have been recorded at
Hacienda Hell. This first neat neat neat release comes in a
strictly limited and numbered edition of 100 copies, specially
packaged + including a badge. Available at concerts!
